Private Class Offerings
The Growth Method workbook is a great way to bond your team and promote support amongst your staff. Beginning this journey together can provide your staff with a strong, united support system, as well has holding each other accountable to their goals. Owners and managers can also use the participation of The Growth Method as an incentive for promotions or bonuses, to encourage employees to continue to strive for more success! To begin The Growth Method journey as a salon team, introductory private classes are available for booking, as priced below.
Private classes will be led by Christina Leist, creator of The Growth Method, and will be available for bookings on Sundays & Mondays exclusively. Private class bookings will require a minimum purchase of 10 Growth Method planners (no shipping fee), in addition to a class fee of $300.
A travel fee of $50 will be added to any location further than 30 miles from West Bloomfield, MI. For locations further than 100 miles, host salons will be responsible for any additional accommodations such as hotel/airfare.

Businesses booking a private introductory class can expect an in depth and motivational 3-hour long experience, including a detailed overview of The Growth Method planner, establishing yearly goals as a team, introduction to money mindset, and a thorough Q&A.
